For those that came to my graduation party, this is the way the roast pig should be made. Found this video on my dad's camera. It's from the last time I was in the Philippines, at the house my mom grew up in in Vallehermoso. This is when I discovered that the secret to its crispy skin was.....SPRITE! Who knew?
